_________________________________________________________________________________________________________ In her upbeat Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes, Debbie combines poses, breathing techniques, chanting, mudras, basic dance movements, music, yoga philosophy, poetry, meditation, and deep relaxation to help her students feel more centered in their minds and bodies. Her teaching draws on her passion for building community and bringing people together through movement and the arts. Debbie assists her students in finding joy and freedom in themselves by exploring their own personal expression of yoga. She firmly believes yoga should be accessible to everyone as a medium for growth. Debbie’s classes are open to all experience levels.
